• There will be a $20.00 charge on all returned checks.
   
• At the time you are prompted to enter personal credit card information, you will be doing so on a secure encrypted server.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order soon after it has been placed, generally within a few minutes.
   
• All orders placed using Purchase Orders and/or claim eligibility for Tax Exempt status will be manually verified prior to processing.
   
• All orders over $25.00 will automatically receive free shipping.  Shipping & handling charges are $6.00 for orders under $25.00.  All orders are shipped via UPS.
   
• O'Brien Associates can only sell/ship professional books to customers in the State of Virginia due to contractual agreements.
